Snagging Drop-in Service

We are happy to announce that the snagging drop-in service will also be open at Turtle Bay Village on Mondays between 4pm - 5pm for a period of 8 weeks from Monday 9th March until Monday 27th April 2009 inclusive.

Phase Two & Villas without Electric Meters
We have been informed by Kibtek that your electric meter is due to be fitted within the next few weeks. Once you receive your first electric bill, please can you arrange to go to Kibtek (electric board in Kyrenia) to transfer the meter into your name. Instructions on how to do the name transfer would have been given to you when you took possession of your property. Once you have done the name transfer please do not forget to give us a photocopy of the deposit receipt.

Phase One & Villas with Electric Meters
If you have already had your meter fitted and you haven't transferred the meter into your name please can you do so as soon as possible. Instructions on how to do the name transfer would have been given to you when you took possession of your property. Please can you also give us a copy of your deposit receipt. As the electricity meters have been fitted for a while now we will be disconnecting all meter's which are still in our company name from 4th May 2009.

It is important that you keep the original as if you decide to sell your property the new owner should pay a deposit to Kibtek to transfer the meter into their name and you will be able to get a refund from Kibtek for the deposit you have paid.
