KDV & Title Deeds for Turtle Bay Village

Just to let all owners know, we have previously advised you of the change in legislation regarding the KDV (VAT) payments on your apartments. Unfortunately there are still some payments outstanding. Those of you who have still not paid will be receiving an e-mail from our accounts department shortly.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we have prepared all the relevant documentation for the parcelisation process of title deeds and this is now with the Land Registry. As soon as we have more news on the issuing of your individual Title Deeds, we will update the blog and contact you on an individual basis.
