Turtle Bay Snagging Procedure

As you are aware, snagging is now a drop in service available on Thursday mornings between 9am and 11am.
Customers or their representative must come to the TBV sales office and give Yonel the details of the issues and then accompany the engineer to the property in order to point them out.
Should the fault be covered under guarantee, we will then fix the problem immediately or call the customer re when we can arrange the relevant worker to come to the site and rectify the problem.
If the customer is not available he/she must send a representative to report the problem, be available to open the door to the workers thereafter and then sign that the job has been completed. Therefore a representative that is on site would be the best option (such as Resco), however customers are entitled to use which ever representative they wish.
On the back of this, please be aware that this service will not be available on Thursday 12th February, but will resume the following Thursday (19th).
